It seems virtual reality is entering a new dimension.
Earlier this year VR headsets including Oculus Rift ($600), HTC Vive ($800) and Zeiss VR One ($120) were launched.
Then yesterday, Sony announced the launch date for the much anticipated $400 PlayStation VR.
Big name franchises with virtual reality games in development for the PSVR include Rockstar Games with Batman: Arkham and Electronic Arts with Star Wars Battlefront: X-Wing VR Mission.
While the Facebook-owned Oculus Rift team announced on Monday that it would be releasing over thirty full, made for VR games later this year.
Twenty will be brand new titles including ‘The Climb’ as well as first-person shooter ’Superheat’.
